Required Permissions

Welcome to the new school year! 

In order for your child to be fully enrolled there are certain permissions that need to be completed by the parent or guardian. 

Before the first day of school, please be sure to submit the following permission forms:

SFPO Directory- This is a great way to connect with other SRACS families and new friends your student makes in class.

Walking Field Trip Consent Form- Teachers take advantage of our surrounding neighborhood and parks to support our academic instruction.  Parents will be notified when these trips take place but do not have to fill out a seperate trip slip for each local excursion. 

Media Release Form - Photos of SRACS students engaged in school related activities may be shared on or web page, social media or in promotional materials.
