Immunization

All students entering 7^th grade will need proof of a Tdap booster shot before starting school. This requirement:

• Began as of July 1, 2011.
• Can be met by receiving one dose of Tdap vaccine on or after the 10^th birthday.
• Applies to all public and private schools.
• Does not affect students enrolled in summer school.

Medication At School

If your student requires medication during the school day, we are required by law to have a physician-signed letter on file for your student. This is required for BOTH prescription and over-the-counter medications.  You will need to take this form to your child's doctor to sign. Bring the signed form and the medication to the SRACS office.
